11 - CO2 capture plus EOR pilot plant Poza Rica, Mexico

The Mexican State Fonds Conacyt elected Mr Peter Koschel as Evaluator for the Co2 capture pilot plant to be constructed cerca de Veracruz. The project is connected with the injection of CO2 in partially depleted oil wells (EOR)close by.

The project will take 4 years to complete including infrastructure, educational efforts and labratories. The small team of evaluators were all international experts.

The bid evaluacition took place from March to May 2018


 

10 - NPP

For Belene an analyses of the too high cost estimate of HSBC was done with our experience with the engineering and construction of 32 NPP.

Preparation of the presentation of Egyptian Consortium for the Egyptian NPP is preparation.

Peter Koschel is requested to assist in the qualification process for the plant in Finland.

07 - Acquisition of Chemar Piping and Valves Kielce (Pl)

Enprovalve P.Koschel offered to the Polish Privatization Ministry the acquisition of first Chemar Piping, than Chemar Valves companies and succeeded. For the final take over Partner companies were associated with Enprovalve. The detailed restructure and modernization program was prepared by P.Koschel and successfully implemented by the very good local management over a period of 2 years

Both companies count as the most successful industrial privatization in Poland as celebrated Oct 2014 with wide official attention


 

06 - 2016 Reacquisition of Babcock Industry and Power

Enprovalve is a bidder with Partners for the reacquisition of former Babcock Anlagen and Chemar since early 2015.

TheProject is presently pending to end of 2016. Enprovalve will introduce substantial project volume in case of success.

Enprovalve works together here with ICP in Duesseldorf.


 

05 - 2016 Acquisition Mechanical and Service section of Bilfinger ( Benson Project)

Enprovalve applied for the Benson project of Bilfinger for the industrial part in late 2015 but did not yet receive a tender.

The company section of Bilfinger includes 2 important major construction and service companies, being under the management of P. Koschel in the 80/90 ties at Mannesmann and Babcock. At this time, successfully developed to world leader in their mechanical construction field.

Enprovalve is confident, in case of success, to bring them back to this level, with a minimum of redundancies. Enprovalve works together with ICP in Duesseldorf.

04 - 2016 Pemex Simulator center for offshore platform processes CAPA/CAPP

Starting 2003 and by engaging his experience with nuclear plant control room simulatorsand local engineers and a construction record of 11 conventional power plants in Mexico included a cooperation with IMP, Peter Koschel personally developed a complete all-in concept of a BOP simulator center for finally 23 processes to enhance efficiency and security of off-shore platform performance for 4000 trainees a year over 10 years. The initial extensive trainig program was developed with Dr Moll and the client and the local company union.

The project was recently awarded and is presently implemented.

The project was developed and estimated and carried through numerous revisions with various initial partners over the years like Hightec (N), Upstream (N), STL (Nl) ,TUEV, Babcock Anlagen and finally Schumag Babcock Energy. The total volume of project documentation excceds 5 Gb.

For the award phase and bonding Enprovalve/SBRE transferred large business company being by far and by volume of work content and specific know-how the most important partner and having supported the project with technology - but no funds - over the time. This representation the opening door into Oil/Gas application of their excellent simulation technology.

 

03 - 2016 Key components for Siberian pipeline extension

Peter Koschel with Enprovalve have supplied a number of key components for the extension of the world’s longest and largest crude oil pipeline, trans Siberia to China and the Pacific. The latest contract awarded to the company that has enjoyed a business relationship with Russia for over 30 years was to supply 55 heavy shut-off components for the pipeline.

Peter Koschel designed the components using steel, sealings and fast closing mechanisms specially developed for low temperatures. Enprovalve manufactured the components, together with a consortium of two German and one Italian partner company. Each component weighed 40 tons and measured 10 metres high. Prior to delivery, a pilot component was tested for seismic criteria of factor 10 under pressure, at the rocket testing facility in Korilev.

The components were transported by the world’s largest cargo planes, the Antonov 20, to Irkutsk where they were installed in pipeline sections, close to Baikal Lake. A company spokesperson said both the supply and installation was completed within the guarantee period: “We’re delighted with the success of what was a complex operation on behalf of our client.”

The company is presently supplying spare parts for the extension of the Siberian pipeline. Under new Russian regulations, such components will in future be manufactured predominantly by Russian partners, which Enprovalve have also arranged.
